Three Sisters Garden is a small sustainably-minded farm in Kankakee, Illinois.
We raise specialty vegetables for sale, directly to restaurants in the Chicago area, and to consumers across Chicagoland.
Who we are
Taking our name from the Native American planting method of combining corn, beans, and squash in the same planting bed, and focusing mainly on New World crops, the name Three Sisters Garden made for a good and lasting fit. Twenty-seven years on, we no longer limit ourselves to foods originating in the Americas as severely as we once did. However, the majority of our crop production is still tied to that New World tradition. We are completely free of genetic modification and synthetic/chemical inputs.
